Purchasing a Extended Game Warranty
is a great way to insure your investment
is protected. All Extended Warranties
must be purchased at the time of
sale or before taking physical delivery of
your game. To order,
simply select the
"Extended Warranty" option of your choice on our
online
order
form.
If you have already purchased your game, but
have not yet taken delivery of it, please
call
us at 1-800-PINBALL from 9am to 10pm, Monday - Friday,
or
email us to order your warranty.
Protection Plus and Premium Plus Extended Warranty Terms :
Policy Terms Valid
for Warranties Purchased After 10/21/06 - (Click here for terms prior to
10/21/06)
Our 2 and 4 Year Extended Game Warranties covers
all listed game parts, as shown
on our Extended Warranty
page, along with unlimited telephone diagnosis and
repair, parts and labor on all
covered items in our shop (or on site when warranted, depending on policy selected
above) on any
covered problem that you might have with your
game for the extended warranty period you selected
after your
game is shipped from our warehouse with these specific exceptions:

Game parts found to be defective must be
shipped or brought back to our shop at (per
policy
terms above) for any warranty work to be performed.
All warranty work is performed
at our
expense (covered parts and in-house or on-site labor,
per policy terms below).
Customer is responsible for the physical removal and shipment
of covered game parts to us, and the setup and/or reinstallation of parts after warranty
work is finished. We cannot be held responsible for damage to game due to improper installation
and or use.
Covers premium services, parts
and labor on items described only if covered items are
not
covered by any existing original manufacturer's warranty
in effect at time of warranty claim
BMI Gaming assists with factory warranty claims so you
do not have to deal with the factory.
Our Protection Plus and
Premium Plus Extended Warranties
do not cover the following:

Game abuse or misuse
-
Physically damaged
monitors, displays or controls
-
Game cleaning and
/ or routine game maintenance
-
Physical or cosmetic
damage whatsoever to the game
-
Damage incurred
from moving, shipping or working on games
-
Damage to console,
playfield, playfield parts (except bumpers)
or normal wear-and-tear from non-commercial game play
-
Damage caused by
unauthorized repair work to game or by the installation
of any parts or game upgrades on game other than as directed
or approved
by BMI Gaming or its agents in advance of such work or repair.

Damaged caused
by acts of God; weather, water, lightening or electrical
damage or damage due to extreme heat (over 125°) or cold
(under 32°)

Any game shipping or
travel-related costs to or from your location to service
the game (when warranted) or labor costs for in-home repair
technicians or any shipping
costs
to or
from our shop for warranty work to be performed.

Commercial Use.
Only games sold for household use are covered under this warranty.
Any game sold with a optional DBA (Dollar Bill Acceptor) does
not qualify for this warranty
(Covered new and used games that come standard with a DBA do qualify for
this warranty).
Any warranty work done must be performed
by us or our agents and the work to be performed is approved by us first. The warranty does not cover any expense
or work performed by you or any other game repair persons unless approved by us. BMI Gaming
is not responsible for costs of repairs if any repair work is performed on game by anyone other
than ourselves or our agents.
While some of our customers
enjoy repairing their games themselves, it is not really a
good idea you are not very certain about what you are doing.
Any work not done by BMI Gaming or its agents will not be
covered under this warranty and will automatically
void your warranty,
unless you contact us first to discuss the repair and get
our approval.
Protection Plus and
Premium Plus Extended Warranties
will become
null and void
if:
- Anyone besides BMI Gaming or its agents or representatives
performs or attempts
any repairs or modifications to the game unless authorized
by us.
- Game is dropped, knocked over, abused, or otherwise
physically damaged while
at your location or during any transportation or shipping
to or from our location.
- Game is moved to another room or floor in your location
(home / business) or to
another building and is damaged
- Game is placed outdoors, in direct sun, rain, cold,
heat or placed in a humid area
(such as around/near hot tub, swimming pool, etc.)
- Game is altered, modified, or customized either electronically,
mechanically, or
cosmetically in any way, shape or form
- Game is placed in a humid area (such as around/near
hot tub, swimming pool, etc.)
The Fine Print: This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse,
improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightening
or other incidence of excess voltage or current; (b) any repairs other than those provided by BMI Gaming, Inc. ; (c) any cosmetic damage; (d) transportation or shipping costs; or (e) costs of product removal, installation or reinstallation.
For all warranty service, you will pay the cost of shipping to and from BMI Gaming or its designee. BMI Gaming is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs to returned items in shipment, so it is recommended that all items are
returned insured and with a carrier that provides tracking information.
Except as provided herein, BMI Gaming, Inc. makes no express warranties and any implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the written limited warranties contained herein. Except as provided herein, BMI Gaing, Inc shall have no liability or responsibility to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use or performance of the product
or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including but not limited to any damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, revenue or profit or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if BMI Gaming, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
