date of shipment

that are used solely in a residential (non-commercial,
corporate or non-profit) environment.
The BMI Gaming Free Limited Game Warranty
covers up to $2500.00 in electronic part
costs
if
they
fail during the coverage period, but does not cover labor costs,
shipping, outdoor
usage or weather damage, game abuse, negligence, or
repairs made
by
parties other than us or our service agents.
Please note that most
products also come with a separate Standard Manufacturers Warranty

While some of our customers enjoy repairing their products themselves, it is not
a very good idea
unless you
are very certain about what you are doing. Any warranty work done must be performed by us
or our agents, and the work to be performed must be approved by us first. Any work performed by you or
other repair person
not authorized
by us first in writing is your full responsibility, and will
void your warranty.
The Fine Print : Our
Free Electronics Warranty covers the replacement of most electronic
components which fail on your product's electronic
circuit boards, with the exception of any component located on Plasma, LCD, CRT Monitors, PC
or CD/DVD/Hard Drive-related components, or any type of mechanical
or electromechanical part. For covered components, you only pay the cost of
shipping charges
(if any) to
and from BMI Gaming or supplier. This warranty does not cover: (a)
damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of
God, abuse, accident, misuse,
improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightening
or other incidence of excess voltage or current; (b) any labor charges,
including the removal or reinstallation of any covered component; (c) any type
of physical or cosmetic damage; (d) any transportation or shipping costs; or (e)
repair or parts other than those provided and/or authorized by BMI Gaming.
Except as provided herein, BMI Gaming
makes no express warranties or implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to
the duration of the warranties contained herein, and
BMI Gaming shall have no responsibility or liability
to customer or any other person or
entity with respect
to any liability, loss or damage
caused directly or indirectly by performance or use of the product
or arising out of any breach
of this warranty, including but not limited
to damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, revenue
or profit
or any indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages, even if BMI Gaming has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
