Arcade Service Technician.

As our Arcade Service Technician, you will be responsible for handling customer service for all issues related
to service, repair, parts and warranty claims for all products we sell, along with helping customers with remote
diagnostics of product issues, sourcing replacement parts from vendors when needed, scheduling on-site
service calls using our national network of arcade service technicians, as well as help to expand and run
our newly created arcade game and amusement device replacement parts and kits department

An excellent job opportunity exists in our Boca Raton, Florida headquarters office for a dynamic and
experienced Freight / Logistics Coordinator who is ready to get to work immediately under the initial
direction of our current Logistics Manager.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing competitive rates from both domestic
LTL carriers and international freight forwarders, for shipments of fragile, high-dollar value products,
along with arranging, booking and tracking shipments, processing and resolving product damage
claims, and offering support for both commercial and residential customers that have product
delivery questions or issues.

Key responsibilities include managing customer and vendor relationships, container load planning,
load consolidation and coordination. Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills are
required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in
a logistics, shipping, dispatching, freight forwarding, brokerage, freight clerk or freight coordinator role.

Experience with 3PL's or Freight Brokerage is an absolute must. Good understanding of LOI’s
(Letter Of Instruction), COO's (Certificate Of Origin) and POO's (Power of Attorney), and ability to
accurately create forms for international shipments is highly desired. Some prior experience in
shipping fragile, high dollar items via LTL carriers is helpful, but not required


Job Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years experience in a logistics, shipping, forwarder, dispatcher, clerk or coordinator role.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and possess strong problem solving skills.
Have excellent English speaking, writing and grammatical skills. Working knowledge of Spanish a plus

Job Responsibilities / Daily Tasks :

Source, develop and manage qualified new carriers, 3PLs, and International Freight Forwarders.
Effectively negotiate cost savings with carriers to procure the best possible rates available.

Receive, analyze and process booking information for shipments, in order to identify and confirm
the appropriate routes, verify all service requirements, and accurately enter information into system.

Dispatch shipments by contacting vendors and carriers. Arrange both domestic and international
shipping online via either carrier or 3PLs online database, and create BOLs accurately

Record and track shipments from pick-up to delivery, to ensure all load requirements are
met; ensure shipments are dispatched promptly and shipping updates are maintained in
our system, including all relevant details, and forward tracking information to customers

Review freight invoices for any unauthorized charges, dispute all reweighs and reclasses,
and file challenges with carriers for invoices that are not billed correctly.

File damage claims, record damage claims in system, closely track and monitor claims
status and try to resolve claims in our favor. Proactively address all freight traffic issues
and resolve all delivery issues and damage claims in a timely manner


Job Compensation :

We have a permanent  position available with somewhat flexible evening and weekend hours suitable for
for a entry-level Residential Arcade Game Sales Associate to answer questions about and help sell our large
line of arcade and amusement games to both residential and commercial clients. If you love arcade games,
working early or late nights, and might be interested in helping our worldwide client base select the proper
games to buy from our extensive line of arcade, amusement and vending products, we want to talk with you. 

This entry-level position requires the desire to learn a new trade in a interesting, fast-paced industry

The European Arcade Games Consultant will have responsibility for establishing BMI Worldwide as one of the
premier distributors of amusement devices throughout the EU Zone and surrounding countries, marketing and

arcades, bars, pubs, malls, resorts and other types of retail and commercial customers throughout the region.

preparing written product and shipping quotations and proposals via email, phone, and in some cases, in
person, along with other duties that are required to keep us growing and productive in your assigned area..
