BMI Worldwide is looking for a experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper with a excellent working knowledge of
general small business accounting practices and procedures, who is outgoing, dynamic, savvy and would
enjoy working in a modern, retro-decorated office equipped with the very latest in high technology, along
with a small, fun, merry, relaxed yet highly motivated band of global team members determined to fulfill
our mission of being  the world's very best arcade machine and amusement device distributor.

Strong, current experience using QuickBooks Enterprise
or other business accounting program,
along with excellent MS-Excel knowledge is mandatory. Must possess a high attention to detail and
have the ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Previous work experience in a distribution, wholesale, retail, freight, banking, equipment leasing
or warehouse environment is a strong plus, but not required.

In this position, you will be responsible for most aspects of our accounting needs detailed below,
along with some additional order fulfillment and operational duties, as assigned.

• Daily Accounts Payables / Accounts Receivables / GL Data Entry
• Processing Credit Card, Wire Transfer and Check Payments
• Processing Customer Sales Invoices and Return Requests
• Processing / Payment of Vendor Purchase Orders
• Processing / Payment of State Sales Tax Returns
• Preparing Bank Deposits, Billing Statements and Reports
• Reconciling / Payment of Invoices, Bills, Bank Statements
• Reconciling / Payment of Corporate Credit Card Charges
• Investigating / Responding to Credit Card Chargebacks
• Detecting A/P, A/R and other Accounting Discrepancies
• Monthly Processing / Payment of Sales Commissions
• Initiate Bi-Weekly Payroll via Online Payroll Service
• Answering Vendor / Customer Accounting Inquiries
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales and Cash Flow Reporting
• Manage Employee Records, Documentation and Health Insurance
• Maintain highly accurate Accounting, Vendor and Customer Records
• Implement Cost-Cutting Measures and Methods with Financing Vendors
• Establishing Credit Lines with Vendors, Financing Companies and Banks
• Supply Sales, Shipping and Purchasing Personnel with required information
• Work on Special Projects and other Accounting or Office-related duties as needed
• Interface with our Accountant and supply Reports and Record Data as required
• Perform additional tasks like ordering Office Supplies, Retrieving Documents, etc.


Position Requirements :

4-Year Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting with 2 + Years Accounting Experience.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise or Equivalent program is mandatory.
• Highly organized, accurate, punctual and the ability to work independently
• Excellent mathematical, phone, computer, web and typing skills (50 WPM+)
• Excellent time management skills to schedule and meet company demands.
• Excellent written, verbal, staff communication and conflict resolution skills

Must currently live within a 20 Mile Radius of Downtown Boca Raton, Florida

• Office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, but can extend past 5:00pm on

The European Arcade Games Consultant will have responsibility for establishing BMI Worldwide as one of the
premier distributors of amusement devices throughout the EU Zone and surrounding countries, marketing and
selling our broad line of arcade games and amusements to various targeted markets like entertainment centers,
arcades, bars, pubs, malls, resorts and other types of retail and commercial customers throughout the region.

Your duties will involve sales, marketing and offering assistance to many different types of clients in selecting
the most appropriate and profit-generating amusement and vending products for their location, along with
preparing written product and shipping quotations and proposals via email, phone, and in some cases, in
person, along with other duties that are required to keep us growing and productive in your assigned area..

This position requires a strong desire to sell in a fast-paced business environment, strong organizational skills
to prioritize, plan and execute your sales and marketing tasks as assigned, excellent interpersonal and phone
skills, and ability to establish long term working relationships with both our customers and vendors. Must have
