All customers are entitled to our free, award-winning, lifetime technical support and product assistance via phone or email for the life of their game purchase from BMIGaming.com directly

All Brand New Products come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty (typically one year or less)
in addition to our 30-Day New Product Limited Warranty. Many new products (as marked on our site)
also come with our Free One Year Limited Electronics Warranty which covers electronic circuit boards.

All Preowned / Refurbished Products come with our 60-Day Limited Product Warranty

We also offer Comprehensive Extended Warranties on all new and preowned video arcade games,
pinball machines, jukeboxes, dart machines, slot machines, arcade games and air hockey tables,
in addition to any applicable original manufacturer warranties, from two to up to four year terms.
