Special Terms & Conditions apply to payments made via Crypto :

1)  All Cryptocurrency payments for products purchased will be sent and
     deposited immediately to our account by our processor, Coinbase.
    
 2) Once your payment is received, Coinbase will then convert your
      Cryptocurrency payment to USD, at the current published market rate
      at the time of conversion by Coinbase - then this converted amount is
      deposited to our bank account. However, If the total amount due in USD
      credited to us is more than - $100.00 USD of the total balance due,
      the Buyer shall be fully responsible for payment of remaining balance
      due before your order is approved for processing and shipping.

3)  Due to extreme volatility in Cryptocurrency prices and transactional
      risks inherent due to blockchain processing times, transfer errors and
      other unknown risks and/or failures, BMI Gaming is not responsible
      for any losses or delays incurred during the Coinbase payment
      conversion and payout process, or payments sent to the wrong
      address, as supplied by us.

4)  BMI Gaming reserves the right to terminate Cryptocurrency payments
      or specific Cryptocurrency types listed as accepted at any time, and for  
      any reason, at our sole discretion.
