If you own a product not purchased from us and require parts or service :

Due to the overwhelming demand for service due to the flood of old, used and substandard
games being sold through online sites such as eBay and other arcade game resellers who
do not offer their customers direct technical support, we have discontinued offering service
and replacement parts for games that were not purchased directly from us, nor can we
answer any service or support questions, in order for our service technicians to provide
our clients that purchased products from us the highest level of quality service possible.
