via phone or email for the life of their game for all purchases made from Arcades Direct.
BMI Gaming is also one a handful of global distributors to have assembled a large network
of game technicians over the years that can visit your business or home to repair a broken
or non-working game or arcade machine (Additional charges for on-site services will apply)
All Brand New Products come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty (typically one year or less)
in addition to our 30-Day New Product Limited Warranty. Many new products (as marked on our site)
may come with our Free One Year Limited Electronics Warranty which covers most circuit boards
All Preowned / Refurbished Products come with our 90-Day Limited Product Warranty
